Gregg has 47 years of employee benefits experience. His firm, Fendley Benefits, joined Alera Group as part of Benefit Commerce Group in 2021. Gregg’s strengths are in strategic planning and overseeing the quality control component of major clients with the goals and objectives of the employer in mind. As an employee benefits consultant, he provides expertise in annual plan reviews, contribution structure analysis, communication campaigns and compliance. Gregg works with other team members to ensure the service plan is aligned and consistent with client objectives.
