Scottsdale, AZ, July 28, 2021 – Effective this week, Benefit Commerce Group, an Alera Group Company (BCG), is headquartered in a new larger office location in MAX at Kierland, a Class A office building.
“Although some companies are now reducing their office footprint, our firm’s future growth plans require a larger office environment,” said Scott Wood, Managing Partner & Principal of BCG. “At the same time, we are expanding the meeting and collaboration areas for our work teams. This is an important part of our growth and our recognition of how employees do their best work to serve the needs of our clients.
“We know that the future of work will be a flexible hybrid model, combining in-office and remote time for most of our team,” Wood added. “This was a great opportunity for us to expand our space and create a more modern collaborative environment.”
The new office, at 16220 N Scottsdale Rd, Suite 100, Scottsdale, includes ample parking for visitors, close proximity to premier restaurants and shops, and easy direct access to the Loop 101 Freeway.
In addition to a large, open collaboration area, the newly reconfigured space includes all new furniture, including stand-up/sit-down desk units, offices and open work units as well as four conference rooms.
BCG has a robust training program for its staff, and the new office includes two large training rooms as well as an area that is available for larger meeting with clients, business partners and affiliated business organizations.
“We put a lot of thought into developing a floor plan that provides excellent work areas for our team and also areas that are very conducive to meeting, strategizing and planning with our clients and prospective clients,” Wood added. “And, in keeping with our firm’s commitment to wellbeing, we also built into the plan a yoga area and included a special entry point with a dog door, to accommodate our ‘bring your dog to work’ schedule.”
