The past year has pushed us all to focus more on mental health—for ourselves, our families and friends, our work teammates, and our clients.
Benefit Commerce Group wanted to provide some resources that our clients could use to reach out to their employees and make them aware of tips and programs to help.
We created a short video and combined this with a one-page flyer. The video is titled: Your Mental Health Matters. The video and the flyer describe the role mental health plays in all aspects of a person’s life. They also include tips on how to improve your mental health.
