Benefit Commerce Group & 13 Clients Receive Healthiest Employers Awards; BCG Again Ranked #1 in Its Category

Scottsdale, AZ, April 18, 2024 – Benefit Commerce Group (BCG), an Alera Group company, announced that 10 of its clients and BCG itself received Top 10 honors in the Phoenix Business Journal’s 2024 Healthiest Employers program. A total of 13 clients of BCG received awards.

BCG ranked #1 in its category—for the third consecutive year.

Scott Wood, Managing Partner and Principal of BCG, said, “This is the 12th year we have participated in this awards program for our clients, and we are so proud of their achievements year after year. We are also proud that so many of them were finalists and in Top 10 rankings again this year!”

In accepting the #1 award for BCG, Jessica Somar, BCG’s Director of Wellbeing Strategy, said, “It is such an honor to accept this recognition. #8 – The Country Club at DC Ranch [moved up from #9 last year]

#9 – Vertech [moved up from #23 last year]

#10 – Rancho de los Caballeros [first year entered in this program]

#11 – TCH (The Centers for Habilitation) [moved up from #21 last year}

Mid-Size Category (500-1,499 employees):

#4 – Mark-Taylor Residential [moved up from #6 last year]

#6 – DP Electric [moved up to Mid-Size category this year]

#9 – Imagen Dental Partners [moved up from #15 last year]

#13 – Gen4 Dental

Large Category (1,500-4,999 employees)

#13 – Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona [moved up from #17 last year]

 

The Healthiest Employers program spotlights and recognizes area employers who have succeeded with extraordinary health and wellness programs for their employees. Companies are judged in six categories: culture and leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, marketing and communications, programming and interventions, and reporting and analytics.
