Hogan is a solution-oriented insurance professional with more than 35 years of experience advising employers on benefit strategy and alternative funding. At BCG, he partners with executive teams to design data-driven, multi-year roadmaps that improve benefits while controlling cost trend. His background includes product development, financial analysis, marketing leadership, and sales training, including management of multi-state markets and design of self-funded products. Hogan holds a degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Richmond.
