Jenn has over 15 years of experience in accounting management. She began working with Schwartz Insurance Agency in January of 2021, and BCG acquired that agency in November 2021 as our P&C Division. She expanded her work with the BCG organization since that time in our accounting operations. Prior to 2021, she was Director, Accounting and Operations, at Meridian Financial Holdings for almost 10 years, and before that she held management positions in accounting and mergers and acquisitions at Brown & Brown.
