Jose joined BCG in 2023 with 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, leading successful sales operations for employee benefits solutions. He is experienced in managing a high-volume sales pipeline through market research, competitive intelligence and networking. In addition to his role as an Employee Benefits Consultant, he leads our Enrollment Services group that provides one-on-one benefit education and enrollment assistance to our clients. He was most recently co-founder and Managing Partner of The BIA Group, a start-up providing full enrollment solutions and client engagement experiences to broker partners and clients. Prior to that, he specialized for 16 years in sales production at Aflac.
