Employee Benefits
Our 2024 AZ Benefits & HR Symposium—A Big Success!
June 6, 2024
Our 11th Annual AZ Benefits Benchmarking, Healthcare & HR Symposium on June 6th was a great opportunity for employers to review the benchmarking data and new trends and strategies for employee benefits. They also heard from our keynote speaker about mastering the hybrid work environment by adopting new methods of communication and connection.
Knowing how your organization’s employee benefits stack up to other employers has never been more important.
With cost pressures and employees expecting more than ever from their employers, this is a time when there has to be balance between budget and benefits. Employers have to find ways to control their healthcare costs while also enhancing their benefits to meet employees’ needs and to remain competitive. To do these things, you need to have a strategy and know how your benefits compare to other employers.
That’s why our Arizona Employee Benefits Benchmarking Survey has become increasingly valuable to employers across the state. And, as more employers operate in multiple states or pull from other states in their recruiting efforts, knowing how your benefits compare to national medians is also critically important.
SURVEY IS STILL OPEN!
Your organization can still participate and receive valuable benchmarking information—including a detailed online analysis that shows how your benefits compare to others in Arizona, the nation, your specific industry, city, size and other customizable benchmarks. You can go right to the survey HERE.
Over 325 people attended our Breakfast Symposium at the Arizona Biltmore to learn how competing employers are handling employee benefits to save money and attract and retain employees.
Our Benchmarking Survey Participation Continues to Grow
More than 465 Arizona employers have participated so far this year in our employee benefits survey, an increase of more than 8% over last year. These employers represent nearly 90,000 employees and over $1.3 billion in healthcare dollars spent.
The survey highlights the continuing concerns of mid-size employers in our state (10-5,000 employees) about costs and strategies for employee benefit programs. It benchmarks a wide range of employee benefits data against other Arizona employers and employers nationally, with actionable information that employers use to improve their benefit programs.
