The 12th Annual Arizona Employee Benefits Benchmarking, Healthcare & HR Symposium, held on June 6, 2025, was our most impactful event to date. More than 400 HR professionals, CFOs, and business leaders gathered at the Arizona Biltmore to explore powerful insights from our statewide benchmarking survey and to discuss timely strategies for managing benefits, costs, and workforce needs.

This year’s survey includes data from over 500 Arizona employers, representing nearly 138,000 employees and more than $2.2 billion in healthcare spending. Employers across the state (ranging from 10 to 5,000 employees) have used this survey to make meaningful changes in plan design, employee wellbeing, and cost control.

In addition to the survey results presentation, attendees heard from Joe Mechlinski, keynote speaker and CEO of SHIFT, who delivered a powerful message on using AI to boost productivity, unlock time, and rethink how teams operate. His session offered actionable takeaways, employers can apply immediately to improve how their teams work and thrive.

We also hosted a dynamic employer panel featuring Arizona-based leaders who shared real-world strategies for meeting the needs of multigenerational workforces and navigating ongoing evolution in benefits and HR practices.
