41 stores in 15 states. 330+ employees on their health plan. Completed a broker RFP in 2011. They interviewed 7 benefits firms and chose Benefit Commerce Group.

Conducted an analysis on current plan design and employee engagement – identified the highest cost drivers. Put together a long-term, sustainable employee benefits strategy. Implemented a wellness strategy that includes HRA funds tied to wellness activities.
Impact:
The company succeeded in changing the paradigm by creating a benefits culture of consumerism & wellbeing. Our total strategy for the client has kept cost increases well below industry medians, resulting in savings of over $13 million over the last nine years. From 2011-2024, the deductible has only increased by $250 individual/$500 family, and the out-of-pocket maximum only by $500 for individual/$1,000 family. During that same period, biweekly payroll deductions have only increased from $36 to $46 for single, and family coverage deduction from $193 to $262.
