A new client was processing paper enrollments manually with their payroll system and the carriers. This was an extremely labor-intensive task for the HR representative.

We presented an opportunity to use a benefits enrollment system and implement file feeds to improve eligibility accuracy and save HR countless hours of time and energy. When the client moved to a new payroll vendor, we were able to ease the transition by using technology to help their employees enroll in their benefits during that time.
