Open Enrollment Made Easy
The Challenge:
One of our clients had a diverse, geographically dispersed team of several hundred employees. Their setup made it difficult to communicate with employees, yet the HR team cared very much for their employees and wanted to make sure they understood their benefits.
Our Solution:
We implemented an Open Enrollment Strategy relying on 30-minute meetings with much smaller groups of 10-15 employees to better educate them on current benefits and changes being made, and to make sure their questions were answered. The smaller, more engaged meetings allowed employees a better understanding of their employer's valuable benefits package and allowed them to feel more comfortable asking questions about the benefits that mattered most to them.
