Reconstruction of Non-Compliant Medical Plan

The Problem:
A non-profit client was a part of an out-of-state conglomerate that offered a healthcare benefit plan that was non-compliant. They needed immediate support to offer a compliant health plan, but they didn't want members to have disruption in the value of their plan or medical providers.

Our Solution:

We worked fast to introduce several compliant benefits solutions that involved no increase in premium. The client was able to keep their current carrier, minimizing employee disruption and keeping net deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums on both plans the same.
