Wellness Initiative Wins Client Healthiest Employers Ranking

The Problem:
Our client wanted to incorporate a wellness-based approach to grow a culture of wellness in the workplace. When they came to us several years ago, they did not yet have a defined wellness program.

Our Solution:

We recommended creating a wellness team and wellness challenges as well as utilizing insurance carrier resources. The client's employees became really engaged, with some of them who are certified trainers holding classes onsite and competing in wellness challenges.

Their wellness committee has become very active, and they have incorporated it into their newly formed culture committee. The client has been recognized two years in a row with high rankings in their category in the Healthiest Employers program.
